This is the 50mm version of the famous Iwasaki kamisori. It has been wrapped with the higest grade rattan peel for a totally unique look and luxurious experience.

The blade is crafted from fine grain carbon steel that has been tempered to a high hardness level. Consequently, it has an astonishingly smooth shaving edge that provides a comfortable and precision shave that not many other razors can achieve.

It is beautiful in the photos but even better in person. A fantastic addition to any collection!

Shave ready honing service complementary with purchase! I guarantee a smooth shaving edge. Customers are delighted by the smooth and comfortable shaving edge on my blades. This razor will be finished on a high end Suehiro, Naniwa, Ozuku or Nakayama Japanese natural stone with a taped spine and then will be stropped with a fine Kanayama cordovan strop for the ultimate sharp and smooth shaving edge. This is a process that requires much time and skill. Every razor is sanitized with alcohol before being securely packed. Note that due to age, all vintage blades will have imperfections. All sales are final and all items are sold as is.
