Vintage Mitsuon 3000 Molybdenum Steel Japanese straight razor in NOS condition

This hand made Mitsuon 3000 is a high quality Japanese straight that will impress with it’s shaving performance and good looks.

Forged from high hardness special alloy Molybdenun steel, this razor has been full hollow ground for an optimal shaving experience. The straw tone scales with kanji inlay really give that vintage yet striking Japanese style.

There are some imperfections on this blade. Under close inspection you will see there is some minor pitting on the blade where it closes into the scales. This has been smoothed to prevent further corrosion and make it easy to maintain for a lifetime. See the photos for a close up.

This is a process that requires much time and skill. Every razor is sanitized with alcohol before being securely packed. Note that due to age, all vintage blades will have imperfections.
